The Problem
Cracked, sinking, stained or undersized driveways are one of the first things a buyer or neighbor notices. In Southwest Florida the usual causes are thin slabs, poor sub-base compaction over sandy soil, missing control joints and water that has nowhere to drain during summer storms.
How We Solve It
We rebuild the driveway from the ground up: demolition and haul-off, grading, compacted base, correct slab thickness for the traffic it carries, reinforcement where the scope calls for it, and jointing laid out so the concrete cracks where it is supposed to — in the joint, not across the middle of your slab.
What You Get
- Curb appeal that reads as a maintained, well-built home
- A surface that sheds water away from the garage and foundation
- Fewer repairs than a patch-over-patch driveway
- Clean edges and consistent finish across the full pour

Answers
Concrete Driveways — Common Questions
- Residential driveways are commonly poured 4 inches thick, and thicker where trucks, RVs or trailers park. The right spec depends on soil, base prep and expected loads, so we confirm it on site.
